Shrikant Agarwal is the one who culminates all group efforts, completed his graduation from BITS. Shrikant Agarwal has been investing group’s surplus funds in real estate since 1980 and plunged into real estate development with group’s first project Ram Tower in Borivali in 1992. Shrikant Agarwal has also been very active in society in terms supporting a school, a college, a guest house and a temple.

Vinod Agarwal is Shrikant Agarwal’s younger brother and has assisted him in all the group’s professional and societal endeavors since he completed his graduation. He has tremendous experience and acumen in sales, marketing, planning, execution, logistics, accounting and financial management of group affairs.

Senior industry professional with more than 38 years of industry experience in premier forging and steel manufacturing companies.
He is very well regarded in industry for numerous achievements and setting new industry practices.

Vikas Agarwal is spearheading the business development, financial planning, strategic decision making and continuous improvement efforts of the group. Additionally, he looks after human resources management, technology enhancement and performance improvement. He completed M.B.A. from Yale University, U.S.A. and has done his bachelor’s in Management from Pennsylvania State University. Also, he has done a certificate course in Finance from University of Manchester, U.K. Prior to joining the group he has worked for Ernst & Young LLP, USA for a year. Moreover, he has got previous work experience at Citibank, Mumbai and Ship trade Inc, New York.

A postgraduate in MBA (Tech) from N.M.I.M.S. is indeed an energetic force driving the organization forward with absolute dynamism. A goal setter & a goal achiever with a target-oriented approach is his mantra. An ambitious person having his roots firm with wisdom is an asset for the Organization making it ever prestigious, giant & growing.

The reigns of our company are held under the dynamic expertise of Gaurav Agarwal.He holds a Master Of Quantitative Finance from Rutgers University (U.S.A.) and is an alumnus of the Sardar Patel College of Engineering (Mumbai). Gaurav possesses a great eye for detail and his analytical mind has been a strong catalyst in the company’s success. A genius with numbers he has been trained for financial modelling and valuation at the Investment Banking Institute, New York. With quality work experience in private equity, investment banking and brokerage he is definitely a young and dynamic individual with a great vision for his company. Gaurav is down to earth and enthusiastically motivated to take this company to greater heights!

Industry veteran with more than 25 years of experience in senior position at  various units such as Amtek Aurangabad, Vybra, Kalyani Forge, and Bharat Forge.

Has vast industry experience and has been with Trinity India for more than 30 years.

He is a senior Metallurgist with deep knowledge of metallurgy of forged and machined components. He is credited with handling various kinds of complex heat treatment requirements of our global customer base.
